Welcome to Connected
We are pleased and proud to welcome you back to the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and our new alumni pages.
Since opening in 1996 we’ve had over 3600 students walk through our doors, studying on our higher education programmes and our flexible learning courses and it’s through these pages that we aim to bring you back together.
We’ll keep you up to date on what’s going on at the institute, bring you news on your classmates through the annual alumni newsletter (See Me Now) and don't forget to check out the bulletin board if you are looking for work opportunities or want to post a message to reach the alumni network.

Share Your Good News
We are about to start work on the alumni newsletter, See Me Now. We would like to introduce a new section where graduates can share personal news such as weddings, civil partnerships and births. If you have had any of these special occasions during 2013, or have a big day booked over the next few months and you would like a mention please send an email to alumni @lipa.ac.uk. We just need a quick sentence that tells us who, what and when. We hope you like the idea and we look forward to hearing from some of you about your (happy) life-changing moments.

We held a reunion for alumni in Berlin on 15th March 2013, see if you can spot any familiar faces in our picture gallery. Prost!

Graduation 2012
We wanted to share with you this lovely shot of our graduating students coming out of the ceremony to meet up with their guests. The photo was taken by Jack Huckin, a LIPA 4:19 pupil who won a prize in a Liverpool photography competition for the picture.
Reunion At LIPA in March 2012
We held a reunion for alumni from 2005, 2006 and 2007 at LIPA on Saturday 31st March. Graduates reminisced over a drink (or two!) and a bit to eat, watched some video footage of their graduation year and were caught on camera during the evening.

Copies of Transcripts and Certificates
If you require a copy of your degree or MA transcript or certificate, you will need to order this from Liverpool John Moores University. You can do this online via the JMU web site
If you need a copy of your LIPA Diploma, please contact Registry@lipa.ac.uk

If you want to organise a reunion we are happy to help by passing your contact details on to your fellow LIPA graduates. Just contact alumni@lipa.ac.uk with details.
Going on tour? Mounting a show? Help is at hand
With greater emphasis placed on the importance of networking we’ve developed an online directory of graduates, a searchable skills database and we also have a bulletin board where you can view and post messages.
Each registered graduate will have their own site presence and can include images, web links, career profiles and specialist skills. This is central to the site as it feeds into the online skills database and its success relies heavily on your input. Fellow alumni will search the skills database using key words, so the more detailed the information you submit the better. Guidelines and examples are provided throughout the site and registration is free.
Access to the site is restricted to LIPA graduates and former LIPA students, as well as current LIPA staff and final year students. You can also elect to become a mentor for current students.
If this is your first visit to the site you will need to complete a short registration process. If you’ve already registered – welcome back.
