We are pleased and proud to welcome you back to the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and our new alumni pages.
Since opening in 1996 we’ve had over 3600 students walk through our doors, studying on our higher education programmes and our flexible learning courses and it’s through these pages that we aim to bring you back together.
We’ll keep you up to date on what’s going on at the institute, bring you news on your classmates through the annual alumni newsletter (See Me Now) and don't forget to check out the bulletin board if you are looking for work opportunities or want to post a message to reach the alumni network.
LIPA Graduate Business Development Fund
LIPA Graduate Business Development Fund is now inviting LIPA graduates to submit applications for a Grant, and requesting that any graduates who are interested in applying for a Business Development Grant, from the Fund, e-mail l.harrison1@lipa.ac.uk for an application pack, before Friday 25th May 2012. Deadline for receipt of applications will be Friday 22nd June 2012, and unfortunately, due to funding restrictions, only businesses trading within the UK will be considered for the final selection process.
Reunion At LIPA in March 2012
We held a reunion for alumni from 2005, 2006 and 2007 at LIPA on Saturday 31st March. Graduates reminisced over a drink (or two!) and a bit to eat, watched some video footage of their graduation year and were caught on camera during the evening.

Going on tour? Mounting a show? Help is at hand
With greater emphasis placed on the importance of networking we’ve developed an online directory of graduates, a searchable skills database and we also have a bulletin board where you can view and post messages.
Each registered graduate will have their own site presence and can include images, web links, career profiles and specialist skills. This is central to the site as it feeds into the online skills database and its success relies heavily on your input. Fellow alumni will search the skills database using key words, so the more detailed the information you submit the better. Guidelines and examples are provided throughout the site and registration is free.
Access to the site is restricted to LIPA graduates and former LIPA students, as well as current LIPA staff and final year students. You can also elect to become a mentor for current students.
