This is usually in the professional setting of LIPA’s largest theatre space – the Paul McCartney Auditorium.
The students perform a showcase of the hard work that they have produced throughout the year, which shows you just how talented our LIPA 4:19 students are.
The students usually perform their shows over a period of four nights and all performances are filmed so the students, family and friends can purchase their very own DVD.
The teaching staff start training the students for their show work towards the end of term two (March), giving the students plenty of time to perfect their material.

Some teachers work in collaboration with other teachers to form pieces of work for the shows, this also gives the students a chance to work amongst other LIPA 4:19 students who are not in the same class as them.
At LIPA 4:19 we held our fifth annual summer show in July, which was called ‘Curtain Call’. This was a huge success and the response from parents and staff has been overwhelming.
The students and teaching staff worked extremely hard to put on this magnificent show and it was fantastic for the teachers to see how much the students had improved since their first day at LIPA 4:19.
We can’t wait for the next one!
