Michael Bruce is a London-based composer, lyricist and musical director. As composer in residence at the critically acclaimed Donmar Warehouse, Michael is building a strong CV of credits that include Trelawny of the Wells, The Recruiting Officer and Philadelphia, Here I Come! He received the inaugural Notes for the Stage Prize for new musical writing and has also composed scores for productions at the National Theatre, Bush Theatre, Sheffield Crucible, Theatre Royal Bath, the Old Vic, the Novello Theatre and numerous other West End venues. Michael has released an album of his work, Michael Bruce: Unwritten Songs.
