Dror Mohar

“The guidance, expertise and work ethic of the tutors in the Sound Technology department taught me how to listen and what questions to ask. In this highly technical industry, gear and subject matter change every day, and the skills I learnt at LIPA are some of the most important assets one can wish for.”
Dror Mohar (Sound Technology, 2006) is a sound engineer and producer based in California. Some of his clients include Guns N’ Roses, Joss Stone, The Black Crows and Gwen Stefani.
Daniel Higgott
"The Sound Technology programme offers a brilliant start to a career in the audio industry. It combines detailed theory with access to exactly the same technology that you find in the 'real world'. By putting students together to collaborate on technically complex shows, you allow them to make mistakes and learn from them in a safe environment, before getting it right really counts."
Daniel Higgott (Sound Technology 2007) is currently Deputy Head of Sound for Wicked at the Apollo Victoria. His previous West End work has included Phantom of the Opera and Oliver! The Musical.
