Advance bookings
Advance bookings can be made via Unity Theatre Box Office between:
- Monday: 1:00pm to 6:00pm
- Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm
- Phone: 0844 873 2888
- Online: Each LIPA public performance page now has a link to Unity Theatre's online booking service where you can make your purchase.
- LIPA’s Box Office will be open one hour before each performance staged at LIPA. To avoid disappointment, we advise that you make advance bookings through Unity Theatre.
Methods of payment
For advance ticket sales Unity Theatre accepts payment by credit/debit card (a booking fee is required), cash and cheque. LIPA Box Office only accepts payment by cash.
Reserved tickets
Reserved tickets booked in advance must be paid for within three days otherwise they will be released for public sale. If the performance is within three days of your booking, we request payment at the time of your booking. Any uncollected prepaid tickets can be collected from the LIPA Box Office on the night of the performance.
Terms and conditions
We are unable to offer refunds. Please check the date, time and venue of the performance before confirming your booking with the Box Office Assistant. Tickets can be exchanged for alternative performances of the same show for 50p. Tickets must be returned to Unity Theatre Box Office prior to exchange.
If you have prepaid tickets, please arrive no later than fifteen minutes before the performance starts. Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the performance.
Concessions
Concessionary tickets are available at a reduced rate for senior citizens, students and under 16s, as well as those in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance, Incapacity Benefit or Disability Living Allowance. One discount per person. Proof of eligibility must be provided. Disabled audience members who require support are also offered one free ticket for their personal assistant. Wheelchair users are asked to book by telephone or in person (please see Accessibility, below).
