LIPA 4:19 has opened four franchises in the UK and one in Bulgaria since launching in September 2008. They are located in:

- Rainhill, St Helens
- Runcorn, Cheshire
- Wanstead, East London
- Sofia, Bulgaria
Franchises can be opened in locations in the UK and overseas.
