Carolyn Barker - Person Centred Counsellor
Carolyn Barker is an on site second year trainee counsellor doing a foundation degree in Person-Centred Counselling at Edge Hill University in Ormskirk.
Person-Centred Counselling is a non-directive approach – it is a one to one relationship between the client and counsellor. It is an opportunity for personal growth, a safe environment with time and space to think without being judged. The client chooses what they want to talk about and at their own pace, weather it be every day stresses of life or past experiences. It’s your session and it’s your choice.
If you would like the opportunity to talk in the strictest of confidence, please contact your Learning Support Manager Rob Hughes on 0151 330 3013 or r.hughes@lipa.ac.uk
