After gaining a first class degree in drama at Queens University Belfast Clare returned to Liverpool where she has worked as an actor, musician and facilitator for the past six years.

Clare's musical experience is extensive and diverse; she was a member of the Liverpool Youth Choir and Orchestra for ten years, has sung and played with several rock bands and recently toured Bruges and the North West with 'Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris'. She also sings with the acclaimed Sense of Sound choir and gigs across the North West with vocal group 'The Harmony Belles'. As a facilitator she has worked with young bands, taught voice and A level music, co-ordinated 'Jazz Jam' and taught piano.

Clare's professional theatre credits include 'Blue Remembered Hills', 'The Cagebirds', 'Vagina Monologues', 'Poverty, Purity & Chastity', 'Fantastic Mr Fox', 'Portia Coughlan', 'The Twits' and 'Shakers'

Clare has a passion for musical theatre and to date has musically directed numerous productions, including classics like 'Guys and Dolls', 'Singin' in the Rain' and 'A Chorus Line', she was the musical director for 'Passion 08', as well as starring as Mary Magdalene, which featured as part of Sefton's 2008 celebrations. Currently, she is directing an adaptation of Avenue Q with Liverpool Community College Students.

Clare has just returned from the Brighton Fringe Festival where she performed in ''I Wish You Love, a conversation between Edith Piaf & Marlene Dietrich' which garnered numerous five star reviews. She hopes to repeat the shows success at the Edinburgh Festival this summer.
