LIPA 4:19 Dance Teacher
Gill began dancing at age 3 at the Jan Williams Theatre School, followed by Time-Step Dance Studios. At the age of 16 she began her professional training at Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre where she studied all forms of dance and gained her teaching qualifications in Tap, Modern & Disco (ISTD).
After graduating, Gill's first professional job was with Discovery Cruises, Miami. She then went on to work for P&O Cruises, Gill also choreographed a children’s tribute show for three of P&O's ships. She has also worked in the commercial & corporate sectors of dance for many years, and has performed in music videos, fashion shows, major sporting events & tribute shows.
For the past seven years, Gill has specialised in all forms of urban dance including Street, Hip Hop, Commercial, Locking, House and Waacking. She has taught in both academic and private dance schools, and has also trained dance students at Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre and the Liverpool Theatre School.
She continues to choreograph for music videos, fashion shows, sporting events & most recently has worked for the Hilton hotel chains.
Gill is constantly working to expand her knowledge of urban dance and has been part of different dance crews including Sunshine Studios, Obscure, XTension & Cody Urban Dance.
