When accessing LIPA-NET from outside LIPA you will need to type your details in as follows:
User Name - Your LIPA logon username preceeded by the word LIPA and a backslash ie LIPA\yourusername
If you do not include these details you will not be able to access the system.
Password - Your usual LIPA logon password
