How to book

Advance bookings for most productions during LIPA’s Spring/Summer season can be made via Unity Theatre Box Office between:

• Monday: 1:00pm to 6:00pm
• Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30am to 6:00pm

Ticket sales on performance nights

LIPA’s Box Office will be open one hour before each performance staged at LIPA. To avoid disappointment, we advise that you make advance bookings through Unity Theatre. LIPA address: Mount Street, Liverpool L1 9HF.

For advance ticket sales Unity Theatre accepts payment by credit/debit card (a booking fee is required), cash and cheque. Please do not send credit card details via email bookings. LIPA Box Office only accepts payment by cash or cheque supported by a bankcard.

Reserved tickets booked in advance must be paid for within three days otherwise they will be released for public sale. If the performance is within three days of your booking, we request payment at the time of your booking. Any uncollected prepaid tickets can be collected from the LIPA Box Office on
the night of the performance.

We are unable to offer refunds. Please check the dates, times and venue of the
performance before confirming your booking with the Box Office Assistant.
If you have prepaid tickets, please arrive no later than fifteen minutes before the performance starts. Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the performance.

Concessions

For people with disabilities, senior citizens, job seekers, students and under 16s, proof of eligibility must be provided. One discount per person.

Buy ten and get the eleventh free.

LIPA’s bar is open on all performance evenings from 6:30pm. You can pre-order interval drinks for performances in the Paul McCartney Auditorium. Under 18s are not permitted in the bar area but guardians can take soft drinks from the bar into the adjoining café space.
