The following rules apply if you are accepted on to a course:

• admittance on to a course is dependent upon payment of full fees on the enrolment evening of the course
• fees cannot be reimbursed once a course has begun
• LIPA reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any of the courses described in the brochure
• in the event of us withdrawing or cancelling a course, full fees will be refunded
• students who do not attend due to illness, personal or professional commitments do not have the right to transfers or refunds
• successful completion of all the courses is dependent upon achieving 80% attendance over the 10 week period.
