We are looking to recruit Singing teachers to work on LIPA 4:19 - providing classes for young people aged 4 to 19 primarily on Saturdays.
We will be recruiting for a September 2011 start date, from 18 August 2011 onwards.
After the positions have been filled - LIPA will continue to receive applications to put on our supply list of teachers for any further vacancies that may arise in the future.
You will have a formal qualification from a recognised institution; experience of working with young people in a teaching environment; wide knowledge and understanding of your specialist area.
You will be passionate about your specialism, innovative, creative, adaptable, a team player and enjoy working with young people. Classes are expected to start in mid-September 2011.
Sessions normally last one to three hours. The rate of pay for teaching ages 7 to 15 is £22.34 p.h.
