TEACHING YEAR 2025/26
These are our planned term dates for the 2025/26 teaching year. In the unlikely event that we need to alter term dates we will email all students with as much advance notice as possible.
2025/26 TERM DATES FOR
ALL UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE COURSES, INCLUDING CertHE COURSES
Should assessment activity continue onto the Saturday at the end of a given term, students are expected to remain in attendance for this activity before leaving for their holidays.
* Teaching Hiatus weeks are used by lecturers for marking, assessment and feedback related activities. There is not usually any teaching scheduled during this period, however some assessment activities involving students may be scheduled.
Directed Learning Week are:
** 27 October 2025 - 31 October 2025 (Week 6)
*** 16 February 2026 - 20 February 2026 (Week 18)
Some teaching activities involving students may be scheduled during these weeks.
