Enquiries relating to the storage or processing of any personal data we may hold about you can be made to the LIPA Data Protection Officer. You can make an enquiry by email or by writing to us. Please contact us via one of the methods listed below to let us know the details of your enquiry, and we'll respond to your request as soon as possible.

In all cases, we will acknowledge your request within 30 days of receipt of your enquiry. If your request is complicated, it may take us longer than 30 days to locate, in such cases we will respond in full within 90 days, although we will still acknowledge receipt of your request within 30 days, and also provide an explanation of why we're unable to address your request within 30 days.
